Cadence for Competition Shooting. Smooth is FAST!

I had filmed a bunch before what you see, but it made the video WAY too long. This was the important stuff. Do you practice your shooting cadence? What's your sweet spot? As mentioned, mine is 1-2-3(shot)-1-2-3(shot), etc. That's what I've found I'm the most accurate in. When I compete, I'm also going to be breathing heavy from all the strenuous activity we do. With more practice, I think I can be accurate getting down to 1-2(shot)-1-2(shot).

Patriot Games are this weekend. Time to test out this theory!
