The "tyre extinguishers" are a wannabe terrorist group located in the UK and other parts of the world. Their mission is to be a nuisance and get as many people as possible to hate them. They try to achieve their goals by deflating tires. They think that they are combating "climate change" but they're just wasting their time... and oxygen.
