In the wake of the FTX collapse, other Crypto institutional funds and lending platforms are facing bankruptcy/insolvency! FTX lost a lot of people's money, from regular retail investors to multi billion dollar funds. Now that all the money is gone, all of these huge firms that took out loans are in very hot water. Recently Blockfi filed for bankruptcy and Genesis Global has halted all withdrawals out of their platform. On top of this the US is moving the pieces in place to heavily regulate the crypto industry and implement their CBDC.
