Melbourne woman gets case dismissed (with audio enhancement)

A Melbourne woman had her case dismissed when she refused to recognise the court's jurisdiction by stating she did not accept their offer to contract and joinder.
I amplified the audio in a couple sections to hear what was whispered in the background. If you have any more vids with whispers like this let me know.
NB:The man didn't ask "what is she on about?", he seemed to already know (and it gave him legal problem).
