After considering maybe the ammo was the issue we picked up a nice variety of ammo. Took the Phoenix HP22A back out to the range to see if it was the loose grip, trigger bar issue we showed in our simple fix video, or if the gun still had issues.

Now its not just this gun... Rimfire guns have some reliability issues, or at least every single one Ive tried.
