Charging the Quest 2 stuck at 53%

Having run into this and seeing that many are having this problem I decided to create this video to let others know what the problem is.
If you have this problem contact Meta and let them replace your headset else you will be stuck with a large repair bill for it.
Meta will replace it even though it's out of warranty if you purchased it from an authorized dealer.
In the video I used the word approved dealer - I meant authorized dealer.

I repaired my own unit which took near 3 hours to do and it's quite a job taking this apart and putting it back together.
