Why No Rental Properties in Poneloya & Las Penitas Nicaragua | Vlog 10 November 2022

So many people are hoping to be able to find a cheap, moderately sized rental on the Leon Beaches of Poneloya and Las Peñitas but find that there is very little available. Why is that? What is causing the lack of obvious housing in town?
