San Francisco gives universal basic income to transgender people in a clown world & photographer

San Francisco will be giving trans people special privilege by giving them basic income. Between 600 - 1200 a month for 18 months meanwhile everybody else has to struggle and suffer. Meanwhile a photographer in San Francisco was attacked by two people and crime has risen but I guess special privileges for trans people is more important.
