Hey, everyone! Today, I made use of some vinyl gloves, a styrofoam plate, a plastic strainer, and a spray bottle to bring you some relaxing tapping and rubbing triggers.

I hope my ASMR videos are interesting and helpful. And creating them has been as therapeutic as listening to them. It's been a lot of fun, and I hope you all enjoy it!

ABOUT MY CHANNEL
