Loading and shooting the RCBS 45-230-CM and NOE 453238

I was "comped" the NOE bullets by Walks Fletcher and CW Longshot. I had recently cast the RCBS bullet for the first time. So both of these are new to me bullets, and I needed to develop some starting points for loading them.
