In this video, Autism Theater Project founder, Gena Sims, discusses her goals of what the web series, The Voice Inside, will accomplish. Gena speaks on an incident that occurred in May 2020, when a former student of her's who was a non verbal child with autism was sadly, killed by his mother. Gena touches on the fact that this event caused her to realize that it is crucial for her to produce and promote stories of those with autism overcoming obstacles for the world to see.
