SOR2 Screen Replacer Utility Preview

This is a preview of my up and coming Utility. The SOR2 Screen Replacer does just what the name says, it replaces the various screens in the Streets of Rage 2 ROM. It will come with Bitmap templates which you use to draw your own screen, and then use the tool to replace the screen in question. Whether it be the Title, character select, story or ending screens, the utility takes the bulk of the work out and inserts the new screen for you along with updating the palette taken directly from the image and properly updates the tile mapping so the new screen displays properly!
