They could have given him a less redundant name. Like "Blistering Ice Lord" or "Flooding Water Lord". Plenty of powerful sounding adjectives left in the dictionary.

I managed to tag a previous spawn when he was near death so I already got the last drop for the heirloom. I stuck around so I could show him off more.
