Today we are trying out a sandwich that came out a few years ago. It was all the buzz, it dominated social media, and people were fighting over it. The restaurants were running out of them and couldn't keep them in stock. Why did this fast food sandwich cause all this buzz? Is this sandwich worth getting into a fight for?
The Popeyes Chicken Sandwich came out in August 2019. At that time I remember thinking, what is the big deal? No way this sandwich could be that good that they are selling out of them. Popeyes did such a great job of creating buzz around their sandwich and it paid off. Let's see if the buzz is really warranted though.
Also, how does this sandwich compare to others such as Wendy's, Chick-Fil-A, or Bojangles chicken sandwiches?
