Beautiful Day - Relaxing Lofi

Have you ever felt like your life was in a rough patch? Like everything was out of control and you couldn't catch a break?

Well, I've been there. And I can tell you from experience that sometimes it feels like the best thing to do is just give up. But I hope this video gives you a little bit of hope!

When I was struggling with depression and anxiety, I needed something that would remind me of all the good things in my life—the things that were going right. So I created this video as a reminder: yes, things might be hard right now, but there are still beautiful things happening all around us every day if we just open our eyes to see them.
