The 'ick; factor in narcissism

There is a hidden intuitive feeling that many of us do not realize and often ignore when it comes to first meetings, or interactions with a narcissist.
I call it the 'ick' factor because it gives me that 'icky' feeling about someone that I just can't shake.

Here is a short video on the ick factor as I am interested in hearing from you. What types of icky feelings have you felt and ignored, only to realize that had you listened to that feeling, you wouldn't have gotten hurt.
