Are we going to fix COVID Lockdown Math and Reading Deficiencies

There are MILLIONS of dollars allocated by the FEDs due to COVID lockdowns for LAUSD and LBUSD to enrich and update skills of our youth. Where is the money??? This article says they aren't spending it because it's not enough!!
