Canada's doctors being told to treat people who refuse the covid vaccine as mentally ill

Dr. William Makis states that The Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons sent a letter to doctors in the province of Ontario suggesting that they treat patients who refuse the covid vaccines as mentally ill and in need of psychiatric medication.
