Wakanda Forever 2nd Weekend CRASHES | Star Wars ANDOR "Chasing Audience" | DISNEY Should Be In A PANIC

Wakanda Forever Black Panther 2 from Disney Marvel Studios is TANKING in the second weekend almost exactly by the numbers I projected here on Valliant Renegade earlier this week, JUST LIKE DOCTOR STRANGE IN THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS AND THOR LOVE AND THUNDER.

And Tony Gilroy earlier this week let the cat out the bag, lamentinting to Variety magazine in an interview that Disney Lucasfilm Star Wars Disney Plus show ANDOR was "Chasing the Audience" following rather terrible Nielsen streaming ratings over the last several weeks. Seems to confirm my previous statements that Star Wars was becoming a DEAD BRAND.

But it's not just STAR WARS. Marvel is failing at every turn, bringing in only fractions of pre - AVENGERS ENDGAME audiences to films and TV shows.

Wakanda Forever Black Panther 2 TANKS 73% in Monday Box Office After HUGE Weekend Open of $330M Worldwide

The Monday Domestic Box Office for Black Panther 2 Wakanda Forever dropped a MASSIVE 73% in one of the very WORST MCU showings on a first Monday in the franchise's history.

Disney needs this film to break roughly $800M before it starts seeing any profits and that mark is looking more and more difficult after what is shaping up be a VERY heavily front-loaded opening weekend.

Second weekend returns will either confirm or deny this supposition and Disney can only hope a stronger than average third weekend (Thanksgiving) may help to bail them out.
