The rise of private networks and demise of Facebook

Business owners are reaching out to private trusted networks for hiring, there is a move to private personal and professional networks of people with shared values due to the trauma suffered during covid lockdowns/restrictions, due to betrayal of trust and also government overreach.
Facebook is hemorrhaging billions of dollars and millions of users and this will impact your business and why I don't recommend relying on Facebook for marketing.
500 million users lost in 4th Quarter of 2021, loss of 2 million users up to July 2022, getting data back in your control, when Facebook locks business owners out of their accounts and shadow bans them.

Bottom line: secure your data, make sure it's in your hands, make an effort to connect with people who share your values and have high standards personally and professionally.
