First Amendment Fail: $42.0 Million Lawsuit Hangs over Hightstown, N.J.

As the Karma Police say, "This is what you'll get...when you mess with us..."

In my interview with Mayoral Candidate, Michael Bollentin, we discussed the $42.0 Million lawsuit filed in October against members of City Council & Hightstown N.J. due to not adhering to their duty to protect, preserve and operate within the guidelines of the 1st Amendment. Now, due to their negligence, a pioneer in the Cannabis industry is holding local government accountable to remind them about that whole, consent of the governed thing. Neat!
