This is a extreme phone discussion with the CEO of SuperOne Andreas Christensen. The conversation was over a 3 1/2 hour period. They telephoned me on a Friday night (18th Nov 2022) seem to be after having a few work drinks. I have broken it into three parts First Half, Half Time and Second Half.

Since the conversations, Andreas has asked to be interviewed with the right to reply to my videos. He wants to cover all the wrongful statements he feels I have made on this operation.

As I have stated, your allegations against SuperOne and me are wrongful.

Contrary to my legal advisors' recommendation, I would like to offer you a way to address all your concerns appropriately. Here is my suggestion;

You send me all your questions in a Google Doc, and I will respond to your matters in the same document.

I will give you up to one hour of exclusive Zoom time with me, where you can ask me any questions.

If I get your questions by tomorrow, Monday, I will respond by Tuesday, and we can schedule the Zoom call for Wednesday.

As a sign of good faith from your side, I would like you to;

Temporarily unpublish the latest video where you attacked me personally and the recorded phone calls.

Further, after the process above, you will let my comments and documentation be duly represented in your coverage of SuperOne.
