Today, the Ambassador program has up to 12 team members. Drill Team members must be excellent riders and horse-women. The team not only sets pivots and posts colors but also performs fast-paced drills during rodeo performances here in San Angelo and around the Lone Star State.

The San Angelo Rodeo is one of the largest contestant rodeos in the world. It is a "Permit Max" event that takes both PRCA card and PRCA permit holders. San Angelo takes great pride in being the launching pad for many professional careers.
