Whatever Happened to Hell: Who created Hell?

In our second lesson on Hell we explore the question concerning who created Hell.
It's important to know this, because some believe Satan himself made it as his home base.
We'll also look at where all people go after they die generically using the story of Lazarus and the Rich man as well as how Jesus changed it after He died and was resurrected from the dead.
