The frog poncho is great. It is well made and is held closed with an elastic loop and button. The eyes stay up perfectly fine. As mentioned in the Dinosaur Rain Poncho video, this item was stored with the dinosaur Rain poncho and some of the purple came off on this Frog Rain poncho. Aside from that this is my favorite of the Rain ponchos.
