Peanut Butter Pie

Do you guys need a really quick pie to fix for Thanksgiving? This is one of my favorites and it is sooooo yummy! Peanut Butter Pie! Who doesn't love peanut butter??? Y'all go make you some!

Peanut Butter Pie

1 Chocolate cookie pie crust
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
16 oz non dairy whipped topping, divided

Cream together cream cheese, peanut butter & sugar. Blend in 8 oz of whipped topping. Pour into pie crust and dollop with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour, preferably overnight.
