Justin Fields Injury Update + Bears Signing Saquon Barkley In 2023 NFL Free Agency?

Justin Fields Injury Rumors are heating up as different NFL sources are reporting different injury designations for Fields. After NFL Insider Ian Rapoport reported on Monday night that Fields has a dislocated shoulder, he told the Rich Eisen Show that the Bears are optimistic about his chances of playing this week. Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk reported that Fields does not have a dislocated shoulder. David J. Chao, aka ProFootballDoc, believes Fields has a sprained AC joint and has a good chance of playing against the Jets this week. Bears head coach Matt Eberflus told the media that the Bears will have more injury updates on Wednesday.
