Brendan Miller - REMOVED BY SECURITY

Brendan MILLER - Lead Council for Freedom Convoy Organizers was removed from the Inquiry by Paul Rouleau, Commissioner of the Inquiry into the Invocation of the Emergencies Act. Miller was trying to have redacted evidence submitted into council that Rouleau was not signing off on. Over a week ago the Federal government disclosed a lot of documents that were HIGHLY redacted. The documents don't meet the criteria for lawful redaction. Last week a motion was made for those redactions to be lifted. The submissions closed on Thursday evening. Lawyers representing the Freedom Convoy still have no ruling. For cross examination to be proper and effective they require the documents be available in their unredacted form.
