I am using the best quality organic Ethically Sourced Bone Broth i can find in my country (I buy it from an ethical organic delivery online shop) this has 2.3 g of collagen x 100 g.
(But if you make it from scratch yourself, it's even better...)
Pour in well cleaned glass jar.
To ferment it, we can use fresh whey from raw milk
Or coconut water kefir (or any other type of water kefir)
Or even the juice from store bought organic raw fermented Sauerkraut.

Today I am using raw milk whey.

The ratio is a 1/4 cup of fermenting liquid for each 500 ml of bone broth.
Stir well with a wooden spoon & add 1/2 tsp of pink salt & 1/4 tsp of pepper & Stir well again.

Line the jar's lid with parchment paper to prevent potential contact between metal & fermenting broth.
Cover loosely & leave it on counter for 2 days (in the summer) to 5 days (in the winter) to ferment.

3 days later & the probiotic 'super charged' collagen is ready to enjoy.
After that Store in the fridge to slow down fermentation, it keeps fresh & tasty for over a month.

3 tsp or 15 ml a day (for 2 weeks minimum) plumps skin, smooths wrinkles, regenerates & strengthens hair nails & bones
