$500 TO EAT HOT DOGS? Is there a better way to celebrate America than by having a classic hotdog eating contest? Today we are at the Sonic Drive-in and Canton chamber of commerce 4th of July (Independence day) hotdog eating contest on the quest for a $500 cash prize! This was an all you can eat, Nathan's hot dog eating contest style with a 10 minute time limit. Dunking was allowed, and there were prizes for 2nd and 3rd in this Nathan's famous hot dog style contest! Canton Tx is a great place in the Dallas Texas area and holds the worlds biggest flea market called first Monday. We also enjoyed some of their other holiday activities like a parade and fire works, and Texas fair activities. Thanks to Canton Texas and Sonic Drive In for their Famous Hotdogs.
