Mozna Chocolate Factory in Hidalgo, Texas

We went with a group to the Mozna Chocolate Factory. We were given hair nets and aprons, then we were escorted into the production area. The area was converted into a presentation area for our visit.
we were introduced to some of the terms in the chocolate business and a short video of the history of CACAO. I have shortened the video segment, and only included a small bit of Dan's presentation.
