Is the VAR the hope of every non-favourite team in Qatar 2022?

With Saudi Arabia beating Argentina 2-1, the football world now asks itself a bunch of questions, if the VAR had existed in1986 would Diego's hand of God have stopped or prevented Argentina lifting the trophy? Would England have lifted the trophy in 1966, would Ghana have got to Uruguay's goal line in the last minutes of their epic quarter-final in 2010? these and many other situations would not have been allowed under the current regime.
