Watch: Dog Stuck in Drainage Culvert Rescued by Community

THANKFUL! Captain Sanders of the Bella Vista Fire Department in Arkansas answered an early morning call Wednesday when a dog was found stuck in a drainage culvert. Street Department workers joined in the rescue by digging up part of the drainage area, allowing the dog to be removed safely and quickly.
