This borosilicate glass chemical batch reactor is new setup of 2 sets 50 liter glass reactor in series.
These two sets double jacketed glass reactors work together through a peristaltic pump

The jacketed glass reactor vessel and other glass parts material all are G3.3 high borosilicate glass, thickness 6.5-7mm.Other materials of reactor in contact with reaction material are PTFE.

The configuration of glass kettles are designed and manufactured according to the actual use requirements of customers.

The main 50l chemical glass reactor adopt magnetic fluid drive seal which can ensure high vacuum working conditions for more than 8 hours and no foreign matter will fall into the kettle. Other openings such as solid/powder material feeding port, liquid material feeding port, constant-pressure for addition dripping, evaporation and reflux.
The 2nd 50liter jacketed glass reactor has a simple configuration, there are stirrer with speed adjustment, two glass angle value for liquid material feeding and one inlet for solid and powder material feeding.
