We Fit the floor pan to the 1963 Galaxie
Episode 177 Manic Mechanic

We ask you the viewer what you want to see next on the Galaxie floor pan install.

Welder and settings:
Lincoln HandyMig
75% Argon inert gas
Wire speed 8-9 depending on what the metal wants to "see"
Heat: HIGH No. 2 (it has two switched rather than a dial for heat)
Standard .25 wire (available at Lowe's)
I try to keep my ground close to the work
I don't hold the trigger more than a second after arc. You will get some blow-outs regardless.
