Today I'm looking at a lost arcade game called "Vs. Super Mario Bros" which takes the original Super Mario Bros. for NES and remixes it. It was an official product of Nintendo in 1986 and never released in Japan! Think of Vs. Super Mario Bros as SMB 1.5. A beta version of the infamous Lost Levels game that was released on Super Mario All Stars in 1993.

The difficulty of this arcade exclusive is actually higher than the original SMB1, SMB2, and Lost Levels in some levels. Some levels are the same like 8-4 and 7-4. Others are completely different with new gaps and insane jumps!
