So much to discuss tonight! Mortgage rates seem to be holding around that 6.6-6.7 range, at least for the past few days.

We talked about Cheryl Burke leaving DWTS…John has no idea what this is about. Even after reading, confusion still reigns.

We talked about a bunch of tweets…some quite thought provoking, especially from Darth Powell tonight.

For the articles, more properties are in mortgage forbearance…what is that about. Apparently the first time in 3 years prices have gone down. This will be something to watch in the future.

Savings rates going down, credit card debt high, that doesn’t seem like a good mix for the economy does it? Yet, here we are.

Core logic predicts housing prices will rise in 2023? Seems optimistic given what we know above.

Finally, Marcia Fudge, housing secretary is going to Japan. She’s going to study Tokyo and come back with concrete ways to improve housing in the United States. This is not a joke. The link to the article is below.
