How to Capture Dreamcast Game Footage Through the VGA Box (Elgato Capture Card)

Just a quick how-to. My setup my be a bit janky, but the results look nice. I realize my camera sucks, but I don't do in-front-of-the-camera work, so my old Handycam works well enough for this video.

My solution may now be the best, or most practical way to do it, but it works for me, and I already had the stuff I needed to make it work.
