The Dodd Frank Act was supposed to put rules in place to insure that we never see a repeat of 2008 The OFR was created by the Dodd Frank act and they released a report in July 2021 and Sept of 2022 warning of the over leveraged derivatives and no one paying attention This will be 2008 on steroids Them AMC will go to the moon
