As a private lender how do I find experienced borrowers?

Good question.

You are on the right track looking for experienced borrowers. As a private lender it is key that you have an experienced borrower. Most of the problems private lenders face are caused by making loans to inexperienced borrowers.

You should start going to the weekly investor meetings on Sunday where I educate investors on these and other topics. You also can meet some younger entrepreneurs that have projects and deals and make some contacts with other experienced investors.
