Collard Green Reset

8/20/2022 - Hey Ya'll! So almost 2 weeks ago I went through and cut off
all the tops of my Collard Greens. It was a drastic move to deal with aphids after I returned from vacation. I have 4 sections of greens. 3 sections of the original planted greens from April 5th. and 1 section of Baby greens planted in June. Sometimes as a gardener we have to see the value in "Resetting". I have seen other gardeners remove all the leaves from the stem and leave 2 of the top leaves. Making sure to clean off all stems. Whichever method you choose I find it's a great start over.
