And in this situation, what matters most is how we feel about ourselves and the kind of relationship we have with ourself.

If these things are positive, I'm confident that we will find great significance in our life. Also, the reverse!

It is simple to love everyone else we genuinely care about in an unconditional way, yet many of us still struggle to love ourselves in the same way.

And consider how your day would go if you woke up every morning and liked what you saw in the mirror.

Oh, that is me, and I am beautiful, strong, smart...

The definition of beauty constantly changes when you look for it elsewhere, that much I can say with certainty. I can tell you honestly...

You can feel attractive every day if you define beauty according to your own criteria rather than those of another person.

Beauty is energy that only you can produce, just like life's purpose.

It begins within and extends to everything you do, isn't that right?
