Shame me into accountability

This is my introduction. I am an overweight loser and I'm sick of it so I'm trying something new. I will be posting videos everyday of me trying to improve and I'm asking your help to hold me accountable. Just until I learn to hold myself accountable. All videos or streams will include something physical as well as mental to help turn my life into one actually worth living. Feel free to roast, burn, torch, shame, anything you want. I'm here for it. Shame me into a better man.
