New Orleans Mayor Charges Taxpayers for First Class Airfare

New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell was under fire for first class tickets on flights including one for over $17000 to Paris paid by taxpayers. She was belligerent and at first refused to pay them back with the claim that it was unsafe for black women to fly coach.
