YouTube might disable 4K video playback for non-Premium users.
This is very likely just another one of YouTube’s fun tests that they do because only a few Reddit users reported the issue while most people are fine.
I reported on a similar feature they were experimenting with some time ago where some users got up to 10 unskippable adds in a row.
Which is exactly why you should follow this channel because if you do, you will have less ads across all of the platforms you use.
Because of course you will right.
It seems YouTube is really gonna try to push a large amount of its user base into their Premium subscription plan.
Because well they’re YouTube, what are you gonna do, go to TikTok… Maybe.
