Confused Biden calls representative Jackie Walorski not realising that she died in a car crash

"Representative Jackie, are you here? Where's Jackie? She must not be here..." Rep. Jackie Walorski was killed in a car accident in August along with two of her aides.
Biden needs time to rest! He needs to relax as he is too old, too sick to do this!
