John Fetterman looks dazed and confused not being able to speak coherently

He is not well and everybody knows it!
Its cruelty to push him to run for office, when all this man needs is to rest, to recover from the devastating stroke that he suffered!
Why is that his handlers, even his own wife do not care about him but all they care is about power and influence?
Well, this is a question as old as the world in which we all live but it is what it is!
