Good Samaritan Helps Rescue 81-Year-Old Man from Icy Creek

A good Samaritan assisted deputies in rescuing an 81-year-old man after he drove off a highway into an icy creek on Thursday, according to Clay County Sheriff's Office. Local man Quintin Conway spotted the elderly man and attempted to pull him out of the vehicle before law enforcement arrived.
