Child Sexual Exploitation on Patreon?

Thanks to Sydney Watson's video I have become aware of the commercial sexual exploitation of children that is taking place on Patreon.
Not only are they catering for "Minor attracted people" but they are also allowing content dedicated to the normalisation of pedophilia.
It is up to us to call them out for allowing the violation of children's rights to take place on their platform.
Because Patreon does not seem to be interested in protecting these children because they refuse to rectify the situation for once and for all, and I doubt they have reported these content creators to authorities.
Maybe Mastercard will have a different approach?
