Heriberto Lazcano Lazcano, commonly referred to by his aliases Z-3 and El Lazca, was a Mexican drug lord and the leader of Los Zetas drug cartel. He was one of the most-wanted Mexican drug lord. A former special forces soldier turned narco, who left a trail of bloodshed in his path and forever changed the narco landscape to what we see today. The two videos included, are yet more examples of the brutality committed during the narco war, between Los Zetas and the Gulf Cartel.
